At The Jewish Healthcare Center, we ensure that the needs of every individual are met with dignity, comfort, and love. As a nonprofit organization we have the freedom to focus exclusively on our mission, with an impressive staff-to-patient ratio that facilitates a more focused relationship between our primary caregivers and patients.
The facility began accepting patients in 1916 as the Jewish Home for Aged and Orphans, and has never ceased its quest to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the community. We changed our name in 1995 to more appropriately illustrate the broadening scope of our services, which have grown to encompass more increasingly complex healthcare issues.
We are proud to offer highly specialized programs for post-hospital rehabilitation as well as long-term care, Alzheimer programs, hospice, life care management and in-home private care, in a dignified and comfortable setting for our residents.
