Vantage Heath & Rehab of Wakefield is a 131-bed skilled nursing facility located 10 miles North of Boston and is in close proximity to three major highways. The facility offers Short-Term, 7-Day Rehabilitation Services, Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Complex Medical Care. We are also home to a secure Dementia certified Unit and a secure Mental Health Unit.
